The middle one of the three Malathiros Villas, privacy has been maintained in Villa 2 by it's positioning and increased by the planting of shrubs and trees which do nothing to interrupt the outstanding views from its terrace and balconies. With lovely wooden and beamed ceilings, the open plan living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which will convert to a sofa to accommodate extra guests. A flat screen TV has satellite reception and there's a fireplace in one corner. There is a nicely tiled shower room on the ground floor. Stairs from the living room lead to a large covered balcony with sea and mountain views. There is also a full bathroom at this level.
